1. Website purpose

The Sites provide general information about MAAS, its business divisions, commodity interests, sourcing capabilities, trade relationships and ways to contact the company. Website content is intended for business-information purposes and does not create a contract by itself.

Submitting an inquiry, RFQ, requirement or supply proposal through the Sites does not mean that MAAS has accepted a transaction or committed to supply, purchase, broker or arrange any product. Any transaction is subject to due diligence, commercial confirmation, written agreement and any other conditions agreed by the parties.
